19th German Army surrenders at Innsbruck.
German soldiers, rifles slung over their shoulders march into Innsbruck. When this picture was taken, they had not been disarmed. Innsbruck gateway to the Brenner Pass, fell to the 103rd Infantry Divison of the Seventh Army as the redoubt area was cleaned out.
