Napoleon I as first consul

Napoleon was crowned emperor in 1804, and Jean-Baptiste Bernadotte was cast aside. One day, a Swedish Lieutenant arrived and asked Bernadotte to become Crown Prince of Sweden. Bernadotte eventually became king and is the progenitor of the current Swedish Royal family. Napoleon was godfather to his only son Oscar.
