Eileen M. Sheehan, VAD front nurse and ambulance driver

Eileen M. Sheehan, Voluntary Aid Detachment (VAD) nurse, was born 1897 as eldest daughter of RMF Captain DD Sheehan MP. She joined the VAD organisation in 1916 and served as nurse and ambulance driver on the front.
