Jan Szymkowiak w lazarecie w Ziegnietz (Ścięgnica)

Two pictures are souvenirs that have survived from Jan Szymkowiak, my grandfather's brother, my mother's uncle. I do not know the date of the first photo, it was taken in memory of John's First Communion. The photo from 1918 was taken in a hospital in West Prussia, in the village of Ziegnitz (today's Ścięgnica in the Słupsk district).
