Jan Hendrickx five years frontage worker and groom.
Jan Hendrickx was in the army from 1901 to 1903. At the outbreak of war in 1914, he was called up in August. He belonged to the First Division, 3rd Line. Jan was later transferred to Calais. In April 1915 he belonged to the 12th company "de travailleurs". On March 5, 1916, he became a horse caretaker at the veterinary infirmary. He retired from service on February 1, 1919.
