St Paul's Church in Marsalforn

The portulan confirms that the chapel had been standing since at least the fourteenth centuary, After that time, it was rebuilt and enlarged many times. It is not mentoned in the important report by the Apostolic Visitor Pietro Dusina in 1575, when as a result of the devastation caused by the Turks during the great siege of Gozo of 1551, it was still in ruins.
