This Gallery shows pictures of famous women in tech and science. Their role has been in the shadow of men over the centuries. Still, the importance of their achievements could and should be recognized and serve as an incentive and example for girls to pursue a career in STEM areas. Also, this evidences how women have been treated differently in the same jobs getting less payment or recognition.
