Freta street
Ulica Freta
A view of Freta street in the New Town in Warsaw from the second part of the 19th Century. It was once a section of an old route which runs from the Vistula to Zakroczym. Its name is derived, according to old sources, from a Latin description of a muddy field (Fretha Novae Cavitatis).
